Does LA have a good public transport system for getting around?
Going to LA soon and wanted to know how reliable and frequent the public transport system is. e.g. Bus, Train, Tram ect.
It's not great, but it does exist. Many tourists do get around on public transit just fine. It all depends where you want to go. If you just want to see downtown, Hollywood, and Disneyland, the public transportation system is great, probably better than driving. If you want to go to the westside or other outlying areas, you'll need a car.
