I would not get them myself, they look cool in the ad but you probably will be disapointed with the sound. They will not have good bass with a 8 Inch Woofer.
I don't trust "off brand" equipment. You would be better off going to a DJ or music store and getting some speakers. If you are low on cash, go for Behringer speakers. They are built well for not much money:
