Is this an effective method of running?
I walk at 3.5 mph for 5:47
I jog at 5 mph for 4:48
I keep jogging at 4.5 mph for 3:44
Keep jogging at 4 mph for 4:54
Walk at 3.5 mph for 4:26
Walk 3 mph at 3:18
Walk at 2.5 and lower for 4:19
I workout to a CD, so that's why everything is specifically timed..
Anyways, is this okay? Effective? Suggestions?
I do this every morning at 6ish.
I don't know much about U so I'll just answer in general unless you want to give me more details.
This is a good start out program if just trying to get in very basic physical activity. It starts U out slowly and lets U cool-down slowly so as to not get injured. Don't know your goals but you'll have to change it up after about 2 weeks to see any results probably.
