Problem with my DJ Mixer - Behringer VMX 200?
I have a Behringer VMX 200 Mixer which has been great until recently. The right is not as loud as the left on channel 1, regardless if I use either the line or the phono sockets on the back. I've opened it up to have a look. The soldered connections and wiring seem fine. The gain knob doesn't feel loose. It's not coming and going as if it were a faulty connection. It's permanently quieter, which is visible on the Level Meter. Apart from that, it's a great mixer so I don't want to waist money on another one if it is something simple. Any help would be most appreciated...
I have also tried different inputs to it incase it was not the mixer but a problem with the input device itself. It was the same for them all.
I have owned many Behringer mixers over the years and the best thing about them is that when they break it is very cheap to replace them. My best guess is the the mixer is bad - it is not worth fixing.
