How do I hook up a tc helicon ? behringer mixer ? ?
So heres what I have and heres what I want to do
I have a behringer mixer xenyx 1202fx
TC Helicon VoiceOne 2.0
MXL Microphone
My computer has a M-Audio Audiophile 2496 soundcard (for my recording)
I prefer to stay digital if possible.
If I understand correctly on hook up.
MXL microphone into mixer via XLR3 cable
TC helicon voiceone into mixer via XLR3 to 1/4" cable
Behringer mixer rca out to computer

Yes, your hookup sounds right. To get the VoiceOne to work, this may be a good hookup:
The Behringer "FX Send" will connect to the VoiceOne input. The voiceOne output will connect to a spare input on the mixer (maybe Line IN 9).
The efffects will be added to your vocal mic by turning up the FX knob on your mic channel and turning up the channel 9 level knob. You should then hear effects added to the vocals. This way you have controll over how much effects are added to the voice. You can also add effects to any other channel by turning up it's FX knob.
Make sure the "FX to Main" knob is turned down. That is used when you want to hear the mixer's built in effects.
